at Jeromey and Leann’s wedding that I shot this past weekend. Can I tell you something? It was TWENTY EIGHT degrees outside with crazzzzy wind. My fingers went purple after ten minutes of shooting. I kid you not. But they were so incredibly adorable together and of course Leann, per her usual doing, left me coveting more than her orange heels this time. The dress, the shoes, the flowers, the location…it was so beautiful and so perfect and I was so happy to be a part of it. More to come…stay tuned!!
Look who has arrived? Sadly, I have scoured every single solitary bookstore in Milwaukee AND Minneapolis and I cannot find her. I have hounded the woman at Barnes and Noble repeatedly. Like, to the point where I think I may be banned from the store soon. I can see the scene of security escorting me out now. When she tells me, “No, sorry. We don’t have it in yet.” I say, “Like, you mean you reallllly don’t have it in or you just can’t put it ouuuut yettttt????……” My mother can attest to the fact that I was not born with patience. I don’t even know what the word means. To know that Lula #9 is out and about and not in my own two hands saddens me. Yes people. This is what my life has come to. But I love her so and will not rest until she is here sitting pretty next to #8, #7, #6, and the rest of the lot…
Anyhoo, in other news…my boys and I are headed back to Minnesota this weekend. I will be shooting Jeromey and Leann’s wedding on Saturday with my lovely assistant, Stacy. I could not BE more excited. I will have many pretty pictures of the pretty couple to share when I get back. Daddy and Mikey get to spend the day with Sabrena, Luka, and Ayla riding rides and observing sea creatures at Mall of America. It is allll we have heard about!
AND I have a little project in the works that I cannot wait to share with all of you. So stay tuned… :)
Much Love and have a wonderful weekend everyone!! I know it’s early, but we’re outta here on Friday!
I’ve been watching this little video all week and I love. I downloaded the whole album which has also been coming from my iPod speakers all week. Brady is overjoyed I tell you. :)
This store which I didn’t even know about and it’s in my own backyard. The Home Marketin Milwaukee. I A-DORE. It’s like a mini Shabby Chic.
This image which caught me this week on Yvette Inufio’s Etsy shop. It’s called “True Love Stories” and the quote that goes with it says, “True love stories never have endings.” My mother and I painted this on the wall above her and my father’s bed and I love it. It carries so much meaning.
These new clips from Anthro. Like I could ever have a “Loving” post without including sooomething from Anthro. I might as well just include the whole darn store. Their fall line-up is ammaaazzing (in sing song of course.)
…and the fact that this movie is coming out. I can’t wait to take Mr. Mikey. We have the book and I think it’s so adorable.
I’m also loving that my brother and Reanna were here this weekend and we had such a nice time. We ate at Sabor last night, which is a Brazilian steakhouse and mighty scrumptious if I do say so myself. And as of riiigght now, the laundry is done, the dishes are all clean, the sheets are fresh, candles are lit, music is on, and I am going to enjoy the rest of my weekend!
